Unless otherwise canceled, your MBS 1 Year Membership will automatically renew and your credit card charged every 12 months. You will be sent multiple reminder emails prior to renewal- both from MBS and our payment provider, Stripe. Please ensure that your email filters allow delivery from the stripe.com domain. After a renewal has processed, any cancellation requests will be at the discretion of MBS and less processing fees borne by MBS.
Do note that you may occasionally receive automated emails requesting the update of payment information (for a credit card that is about to expire for example).
