Monthly Meeting – Vendor Table Reservation
Date: June 2, 2026
Must register as a vendor via the signup sheet *on the website/below.
– Must be an MBS Member to be a Vendor.
– Vending period begins at 5:30pm (doors open) lasting until 6:55pm. (there will be 15 – 20 mins for you to close up while “Announcements” are happening. The feature presentation will begin at approximately 7:15pm)
– Limit 6 Vendors maximum – 1 Vendor per Table, 6 Tables in total.
– The 6 tables will be available in the HALLWAY for vendors; selling is not permitted inside the meeting room.
– If more than 6 vendors sign up, a lottery will determine who gets the tables. We will notify all vendors who sign up of the outcome *a few days before the meeting.
Contractual and Regulatory obligations with the venue are constraining our options. We appreciate your patience as these options continue to evolve.
